Is Shadow IT already in your organization?

You wouldn’t allow unmanaged devices on your network, so why allow unmanaged AI into your meetings?

Shadow IT is becoming one of the biggest blind spots in cybersecurity.

Employees are adopting AI notetakers without oversight, creating ungoverned data trails that can include confidential conversations and sensitive IP.

Don't wait until it's too late.

This Shadow IT prevention guide from Fellow.ai gives Security and IT leaders a playbook to prevent shadow AI, reduce data exposure, and enforce safe AI adoption, without slowing down innovation.

It includes a checklist, policy templates, and internal comms examples you can use today.

 💥 FIRST PITCH — Rivera’s Heartbreaker & A Historic Plate Debut

FIRST PITCH — Rivera’s Heartbreaker & A
Old-Timers’ Day at Yankee Stadium was supposed to be a pure nostalgia trip — the first one since 2019. Instead, it took a painful turn when Hall of Famer Mariano Rivera tore his right Achilles chasing a fly ball.

Agent Fern Cuza says Rivera will have surgery within the next week. The sight of the “Sandman” leaving on a cart was tough for Yankees fans to watch.

Meanwhile in Atlanta, Jen Pawol is making history as the first woman to umpire a regular-season MLB game. After nine years working her way up from rookie ball to Triple-A, she’s now behind the plate in the majors. A milestone that’s been a long time coming.

💪 THE GOOD — Murph’s Pocket Pancakes

Murph!

Brewers skipper Pat Murphy recently pulled a pancake from his pocket during a dugout interview, took a bite, and casually mentioned his other go-to snacks — including folded cold pizza (yikes).

Now you can eat like Murph at the ballpark: four pancakes for $4.99, or chicken stuffed in a pancake for $7.99.

The Brewers haven’t lost since the pancake made its dugout debut. Coincidence? Please. That’s syrup-fueled science.

👎 THE BAD — The Dansby Miss

Cubs shortstop Dansby Swanson legged out what looked like an infield single — tying run scored. Replay showed his foot never touched first. Out. Run erased. Cubs lost 3–2.

Missed by that much!

In a game of inches, that’s one foot you can’t afford to miss.

🙈 THE UGLY — Willie Mays’ Autographed Underwear

Say Hey!

Up for auction: game-worn boxers signed “24 Mays 24.” Opening bid $100, now $250. Even die-hard memorabilia hounds have to pause… why?

Are you really hanging those in your man cave?

🗑️ ONE FOR THE ROAD — More Than Just a Save

Guardians rookie Nic Enright earned his first MLB save in a 7–6 win over the Mets. A great moment — made even better when you know he’s been battling Hodgkin lymphoma since 2022, enduring chemo while grinding through the minors.

Manager Stephen Vogt summed it up: “Nothing is going to rattle him.”

First save on the sport’s biggest stage — proof the comeback is bigger than the fastball.

Thats all for this week. Enjoy the Weekend!
